The electro-hydraulic automatic leveling system is suitable for equipment with its own hydraulic system, and the leveling speed is fast. The load capacity is large and the structure is simple, which can make full use of the hydraulic power source of the equipment.
The composition and principle of electromechanical automatic leveling system
The system is mainly composed of the following mechanisms: control box, support legs (four sets), horizontal deployment mechanism (two sets), two-axis horizontal detectors, connecting cables, and the like. The AC servo motor and its driver, the ball screw assembly, the leg body, the horizontal expansion mechanism and the like constitute an actuator, a PLC controller, a two-axis level detector, a photoelectric encoder and the like constitute a feedback control system.
Main performance of electromechanical leveling system
The leveling system should have the following performance indicators: platform full rise, full drop, automatic detection of leg landing, automatic feedback of leg support, leg overtravel and overload protection, level monitoring, automatic leveling, automatic locking and unlocking of legs Operation functions such as control and remote control.
The specific indicators are as follows.
1. Leveling accuracy ≤ 6 ′.
2. Leveling time ≤ 2 min.
3. Leg stroke: 400 mm.
4. Single leg bearing: 8 t.
5. Reliability life: 15 years.
6. Mean time between failures: MTBF>5000 h.
7. Average repair time: MTTR <20 min.
8. Warm-up time: The preheating time should be less than 5 min when it is below -20 °C.
9. Temperature: Operating temperature – 40-- +55 °C, storage temperature – 50-- +70 °C.
10. Working height: 3000 m above sea level can work normally.
