1. The automatic leveling system is mainly composed of embedded leveling control board, high-precision biaxial inclination sensor, high-performance servo driver and servo motor, mechanical telescopic leg and connecting cable.
2. The embedded leveling control board is the core equipment of the system. It is controlled by an embedded single-chip microprocessor. It is composed of program, data, key control unit, photoelectric isolation multiple I / O interface unit, limit protection, DC power supply and other modules. It mainly completes the collection, analysis and processing of roll angle, pitch angle, motor working current, drive control of servo motor, and safe operation of leveling outrigger.
3. High precision dual axis tilt sensor adopts silicon micromechanical sensor with unique advantages and high-performance microprocessor. Through the digital processing of gravity acceleration signal, the noise of measurement signal is reduced, the stability of measurement data is improved, and the real-time and accuracy of measurement are ensured. High precision dual axis tilt sensor has the characteristics of light weight, strong anti vibration ability, high sensitivity, small temperature drift coefficient, wide working temperature range and easy installation.
4. Leveling outrigger is the main executive mechanism of the system. It is composed of servo motor, reducer, outrigger and limit sensor.
5. Connecting cable is used to connect all parts of the system, including limit switch line, motor drive and acquisition line, inclination sensor line. All cables adopt high and low temperature shielded cable and double terminal shielding mode.
6. The micro-computer control leveling system adopts embedded, standardized and modular structure design technology, which is mainly composed of two axis tilt sensor, embedded leveling control module and intelligent motor drive control module. Each module is organically connected by logic level and RS-232 / RS-485 serial bus.
