Maintenance and maintenance of leveling system

The integrity of the system should be carefully checked before starting the system for testing. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, it shall be recorded in time, and it can be used after troubleshooting.

Before starting each time, check whether the power supply is normal. If the power supply is abnormal, the general power supply should be cut off in time. After the power supply returns to normal, the power supply can be turned on again.

In the normal use of the system, if there are abnormal phenomena (such as smoke, odor, etc.), the general power supply should be cut off immediately, and the system maintenance personnel should be informed so as to eliminate the fault in time.

The power supply should be cut off in time after the system detection. Clean and tidy the system and remove the dust on the surface with dry flannel cloth or vacuum cleaner. Do not use gasoline, acetone, diluent and other volatile liquids to clean the tester and sensor. And pay attention to dust, moisture and oil.

For the driving motor and other moving parts, attention should be paid to regular maintenance. Before maintenance, cut off the power supply of the system, remove the oil stain on the surface of the moving parts, and inject a certain amount of lubricating oil and grease.

After turning off the power switch, wait at least 2 minutes before turning on the power switch again.

After the leveling system is used, * make a good use record and state description of the system.

When moving the system, * turn off all power switches first, and then cut off the power supply.

This series of leveling outriggers are sealed, but they need to be maintained once within a specified period of time (two years as a maintenance cycle) when used in a long time and harsh environment.
